Directions:

From Spears Creek Church Road (Exit 82 off I-20):

Take Spears Creek Church Rd to Two Notch Road.
Turn Left on Two Notch Road.
Go through two traffic lights and the clinic is on the left
at the corner of Burmaster Dr. and Two Notch Rd.
Across from the Village at Sandhills on the
corner of Burmaster Dr. and Two Notch Rd.
 

From  Florence:

Take I-20 to Clemson Road - Exit 80.

Turning right coming off the interstate, take Clemson Road to the Two Notch Road Exit.
Turn left on Two Notch Road.
Go through one traffic light and the clinic is on the left

From Columbia:

Take I-20 to Clemson Road - Exit 80.

Turning left coming off the interstate, take Clemson Road to the Two Notch Road Exit.
